We started with an 8-foot live edge table full of strangers, a Subaru, and a theory:

That social experiment proved something that drives us today: in an atmosphere of outrage and ambient estrangement, people still crave space to be human with one another. And that’s why we create moments and media where belonging feels possible again.

We design experiences where every voice leaves a mark and conversation itself becomes the infrastructure of repair.

The benefits of true connection haven’t changed; only the places that make it possible have. Brands that tap into that truth can cultivate something far more lasting than attention: deep trust and a sense of being truly known.

The Humans

&Human is a women-founded team of filmmakers, facilitators, creators, and cultural strategists.

Our experiences are as diverse as the strangers we draw together around tables and ideas. That interplay sharpens us and keeps us nimble amidst ever-shifting contexts.

We’re relentless optimists who leave room for wonder and surprise in everything we create.
